I use this polymerase for genotyping experiments where allele discrimination is important. It is specifically intended for SNP analysis and can also be used for standard and multiplex PCR, which gives me some flexibility between experiments. I find that convenient when the same workflow includes both routine amplification and SNP-focused assays.
